WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY IMAGES?
I will send you a link to your proofing gallery within 24 hours. After that, I will give you a sneak peek within 48 hours of recieving your picks.
For any type of portrait session, I ask for up to 2 weeks for the final images to be delivered. I am known for a quick turnaround time, so I like to get your photos back to you ASAP. Do you need your photos done in a specific amount of time? No problem. I have “rush fees” so you can get your photos right away.
5 Day Rush Fee: $50
24 Hour Turnaround: $100
Do you give out the RAW (unedited) files?
You wouldn’t ask the chef to serve you some raw chicken, why would you ask your photographer to serve you some raw files?
What time should I show up for my appointment?
I prefer that my clients show up at least 15 minutes ahead of their scheduled time. That way if there’s anything crazy happening, there’s time to fix it, and relax into shooting mode. If you’re anything like me, you don’t like just showing up and starting work, because it’s a lot more fun to ease into it.
My Pet Is Cooler Than Yours. Can I bring them?
ABSOLUTELY. Pets are encouraged at every photoshoot. Bring your bird, snake, cat, dog, chinchilla. Whatever kind of pet you own, I want to be friends with it. I always recommend having a friend come that can keep your dog busy when we are done with them.
What if I'm running late or need to reschedule?
ARGH! Damn life, always getting in the way. Hey, I get it. things happen. It’s no reason to get stressed out before our shoot. Relax. Just give me a call and let me know what’s going on, that way I’m not just at the studio wondering what’s happening.
If you need to reschedule, that’s all right too, just know that I might not have the date you’re looking for available, but I will do everything I can to make sure that we get it done.
How long will you keep the files?
I try to keep them forever. That way if for some reason you need more copies of something, I have them for you. I have plenty of disk space and can store billions of photos, so there’s really no reason not to.
That being said, although I take great care to back up my files to the cloud, things can happen, so I cannot guarantee that I still have them, but it’s likely that I do.
